HACCP Training Courses

The CIEH Level 2 Award in HACCP-based Food Safety Systems in Manufacturing is a two-unit, Ofqual-regulated qualification. This course has been specifically created for food handlers working in food manufacturing and food supply chain sectors. 

22nd and 23rd April (Sat and Sunday)

The CIEH Level 2 Principles of HACCP course will help anyone in a catering or manufacturing setting, where food is prepared, cooked and handled to understand the principles and purpose of HACCP and to be able to apply it correctly in their own workplace. Kitchen Tonic can provides in-house level 2 HACCP training and open to public classroom courses at our training venues. 

Sat 22nd April only £30pp

Level 3 HACCP manufacturing course has been designed to ensure candidates develop the required knowlede and practical skills to implement a HACCP plan in their workplace.

You need this HACCP qualification if you are a manager or supervisor of a food manufacturing business and are responsible for the development of a HACCP food safety management system.

Level 3 HACCP catering training course is practical, accessible and user-friendly has been created to help caterers comply with EU legislation. It provides a thorough understanding of how HACCP-based procedures can be applied in a catering context. It also provides the flexibility to suit different types of businesses.

Public courses now only £100pp - limited exam papers available.
