Pre-requisite: None, however it is best to have knowledge in food safety before taking this course
Recommended progression: Level 3 HACCP

Teaching HACCP at Food Manufacturing Factories for over 15 years
An international Food Safety Auditor for Ecolab for over 10 years
Advises food businesses on how to achieve better Food Hygiene Ratings
Writes bespoke HACCP plans and develops food safety policies for food businesses.
Holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in a Food Science and Nutrition related subjects and Level 4 in Food Safety and previously worked in the NHS.

Although our base is in London, we deliver training throughout England. Please be aware that trainer travel fees may be applicable.
Cost: £250 plus £30 per participant, inclusive of exam fees. We can train up to 20 candidates per session.
