Returns Policy
For printed products bought from the Kitchen Tonic Shop.
Scope
This policy covers physical products bought from the Kitchen Tonic Shop (printed food safety guides, packs and documents). It does not cover consulting services, training courses or the Mock EHO Inspection, which have their own cancellation terms set out in our Terms of Service.
14-day return window
You can return a shop product for any reason within 14 days of delivery, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 cancellation right for online purchases.
How to return an item
Email info@kitchentonic.com with your order details and we will confirm the return address and next steps.
Return shipping
Return postage is free: we do not charge a return shipping fee.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, within 14 days of receipt, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
