Can the mock inspection be unannounced so staff don't know?+
Yes. Many clients prefer an unannounced visit so we can assess genuine day-to-day practice. We review food hygiene, cleaning standards, temperature records, HACCP or SFBB documentation, allergen management, staff hygiene, stock rotation and training — the same areas an EHO inspects — and you receive a detailed written report with prioritised actions.
Do I have to buy a package?+
No. Every service is available on its own — a one-off mock inspection (£350), an allergen matrix (from £200), monthly audits or training. Packages simply bundle the most common combinations at better value. Many clients start with a single service and add support later.
