One-day HSE-recognised first aid at work qualification. Endorsed by the Health and Safety Executive and recognised under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981.

Course Description

This course complies with the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981, which require employers to provide equipment, facilities, and trained personnel for workplace first aid. The qualification is recognised and endorsed by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and suits lower-risk environments such as offices and retail settings, plus organisations with fewer than 100 employees.

The training emphasises practical, hands-on learning with floor-based exercises. Participants must demonstrate physical capability in performing CPR and recovery position techniques using mannequins.
