  • Scoring: 30–37 = Pass; 38+ = Distinction
  • Resits available (additional fees apply)
  • Official ID required on exam day

Prerequisites

Recommended: understanding and knowledge of basic food hygiene, ideally Level 2 Food Safety or Level 2 HACCP. Minimum literacy Level 1.
