Most awarding bodies cap a single trainer group at 16 delegates per session, which is what we typically deliver. For larger teams we run back-to-back sessions or assign multiple trainers on the day so the whole rota can be certified together.
On-site training is priced per session — the fixed elements are the trainer day rate, the official course materials, and the awarding-body assessment fees. The per-delegate cost falls sharply at higher group sizes.
